| Description: | This data set is a hybrid elevation model created from USGS topography and NOAA bathymetry data. This data set is intended for geospatial applications that require seamless land elevation and water depth information in coastal environments. Two 30m Topo-Bathy GRID files for Tampa Bay are included.
The topobathy_ft GRID is an Arc GRID format, with z units in feet,
vertical datum is NAVD88, horizontal datum is NAD 83 and a geographic
projection. The topobathyft.flt is in a Generic Floating Point Raster
format (with accompanying ASCII header and projection files) with the
same units, datums and projection as stated above. |
